LAS MANANITAS, THE PENTHOUSE This elegant, beachfront Penthouse awaits you and your guests for sun, relaxation, and good times on the Sea of Cortez in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico. The style of Las Mananitas is "Mexico-Lite", which provides guests with the clear feel of being on vacation in Mexico, surrounded by a fresh, open and airy ambiance. When you first walk into the Penthouse, you will be awe struck by the large expansive terrace that runs the length of the Penthouse and features a stunning view of the ocean. Every room is oriented for views over the sea and opens to the terrace. You are right on the beach, with large cascading community pools, that light up at night. Right outside your door is a beautiful sandy beach for those strolls down to Surfer's Cove where you can grab a cool drink at Big Tony's, try his "mama's ribs", and if you get daring enough rent a boogie board and join the surfers. Tony even has someone on staff to give you a lesson. Another favorite thing to do is go horseback riding at sunset on this beach. You will not forget it. One of the best features is the upper roof top private sun deck. Take in the sun as you listen to the surf, or your iPod. Enjoy the Jacuzzi under a starry sky. This upper deck gives you a sense of true privacy. Bring in a masseuse for a private massage, something not to miss. The great room is expansive, there is lots of living space and is open to the dining room which seats 8 and the gourmet, fully stocked kitchen. We boast a large flat screen TV, free internet and also free phones calls to the US and Canada. When it is time for bed, you can choose from 3 master suites, 2 which have king beds and one with 2 queen beds, the unit can sleep 6 comfortably and up to 8 if needed. The Penthouse is wonderful for families, as the grocery store is right across the street, also miniature golf, a kid's park and you could walk into San Jose, the cute, quaint Mexican town. You will love this Penthouse.
