Villa Pacifica is a beachfront villa located in Pedregal. The 5,000 square foot villa has 4,000 square feet of beachfront deck area. The residential area of Pedregal lies on the Pacific side of the southernmost tip of Baja California Sur, Mexico. This villa is within 1 mile of downtown Cabo San Lucas. This villa is one of the few beachfront homes built directly on the sand. The stunning Pacific Ocean is right at your door step. The two outdoor gas firepit and cushioned seating area provide the ultimate in outdoor relaxation (one on the main level and one on the beach level). Choose this villa for a vacation to remember. GETTING THERE Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged. Approximate cost is $ 115 USD each way. VILLA POLICIES There are a maximum number of 9 guests allowed.
