Casa Theodore is a nine-bedroom villa spaciously laid out over 13,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. Suites - each either king or queen - occupy the main house. A two-bedroom guest house and two additional separate apartments complete the property, making it ideal for a large, multi-generational family or a group of couples seeking privacy.

Please note that there is also a 14-bedroom villa, Casa W, which can be rented in tandem with Casa Theodore.

• Pedregal has a strict policy against excessive noise. A $1000 noise fine is enforceable by local authorities.
• $150/hour fee for early check-in and late check-out times.
• A 50% deposit of your total stay is required
• Spring Break groups are permitted, but only under the condition of the spring break rules. Please inquire with one of our Villa Specialists for further notice.
