Two of it six suites are separate casitas, beautiful enclaves perfect for the privacy-seeking among you. All suites have their own full and luxurious bath. Of course, almost all of the suites at Villa Las Palmas have handsome ocean views, looking out to the Cabo San Lucas marina and the gleaming Sea of Cortez beyond.

Luxury touches are everywhere, with no false step of showiness, only style. Marble and travertine grace the floors as well as the counters, where granite also makes its winning statement. Custom crown molding, hardwood built-in entertainment centers, bars and closets and the oil rubbed bronze fixtures are just a few of the luxury finishes that adorn Villa Las Palmas. As is fitting with a villa of its size, there are many additional amenities, like a movie room, game room with full billiard table, executive conference center and fully equipped exercise room.

Each guest suite and living area throughout the home is equipped with state of the art electronics, custom made furnishings, decorator window coverings and premium fabrics and bedding. Though sizable, Villa Las Palmas provides the high level of intimacy and privacy sought by a couple sharing a weekend or a group enjoying a getaway. The Villa is perfectly situated on the largest lots in the exclusive Pedregal community.

But don't spend all your time admiring the graces of indoors: step onto the balcony and behold the breathtaking Sea of Cortez with Cabo San Lucas and the marina spread out before you. Right there at your feet; an infinity edge pool with a swim-up palapa bar, surrounded by outdoor amenities as abundant as even the most spoiled imagination could devise. The evening view of the city lights of Cabo San Lucas and beyond will amaze you. Many nights you are able to watch a fireworks show in the city with your family from the balcony of Villa Las Palmas.
